I liked mixing up for the Kaiwa class on Wednesday. Although I realized at 1:15 Wednesday that I had planned on going to the 1 o'clock class, and although 5 out of the 8 people in my class also went to the 2 o'clock section, it was still a great change. There were 17 (?) people in the class this time, and that was a nice change. Even though it was harder to do one-on-one dialogue, it seemed like there was less pressure to be perfect. Because there were so many more people than usual in the class I think that we got more practice with our partners. I don't know if it was a huge benefit to change the classes, but I didn't find any real negatives to the situation either. Even though this is not a benefit, I think it was good to change it up--class can get a bit monotonous at times. I think it would be good if we continued to mix up every other wednesday for the kaiwa section.
